INNOVATION IN ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY

Ecosystems Innovation Plants is an environmental engineering and technological innovation company. We have been working in the waste treatment sector since 1991. Our products and services are utilized across all 5 continents.

FROM TOXIC TO BIODEGRADABLE

Solar Photocatalysis

Solar photocatalysis is one of the standout products of Ecosystems. Photocatalysis plants harness solar energy to treat contaminated water. The registered technologies are Solarcadox® and Solardetox®. Useful for NON-BIODEGRADABLE AQUEOUS WASTES.

Work Methodology

Our goal is to achieve the best management of industrial waste. To do this, we study and develop each solution tailored to the client, which includes everything from the chemical and economic study of the issue to the commissioning of the plant:

1

Feasibility Study

Waste sampling, data collection, environmental legislation, analytics, valorization study, chemical formula, testing, verification in pilot plant, and economic study.
2

Process Design - Engineering

3

Equipment Assembly - Commissioning

4

User Manual and Quality Control

5

Plant Installation

We install INDUSTRIAL SOLAR PHOTOCATALYSIS PLANTS, under the turnkey concept, ranging from 60 m2 of solar reactor to the necessary surface area for decontamination.
6

Technical and Economic Feasibility Study

The initial technical-economic feasibility study is conducted jointly with PSA-CIEMAT (Plataforma Solar de Almería, www.psa.es), which is a leading institution worldwide in solar photocatalysis research. This ensures the quality of the process developed for each case.
